The real question is, is the data behind the score accurate? We do not source our data from one provider as the accuracy varies from propvider to provider from month to month. We only use reputable data sources that are recognised as great indicators of supply and demand and from reputable sources. We then also average our similar data sources to get a fairer picture across multiple sources. The data is therefore only as accurate as the best data is accurate. We also score the data that makes up the score. This is called the 'SR' or 'Statistical Reliability' measure and you can choose to only include suburbs with data that has a high SR.
